We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for any sort of cancellation. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee being charged to the card on file. 50% fee is based on service booked. Rescheduling If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask for 24 hours notice. Any adjustments or rescheduling done within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% rescheduling fee being charged to the card on file. 50% fee is based on original service booked. No Call- No Show If you fail to let us know you will not make it to your appointment and no call- no show, you will be charged 100% of the service booked and possibly be restricted from booking in the future. Late Arrival If you are running late to your appointment, please notity us as soon as possible. We allow a 10 minute grace period for tardiness. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule and a 50% rescheduling fee may be charged. Card on File We require a valid card on file to reserve any appointment. Your card will not be charged at time of booking. No extra guests or children are permitted. By booking you agree to these policies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You must cancel 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged 95% of the service. A non refundable deposit will be required to book new appointment. This deposit will go towards your service. No shows or same day cancellations will be charged 95% of service cost.
